Pearl Kaplan combines science, strategy, and storytelling to help teams connect ideas, identify solutions, and create meaningful change. By applying both technical expertise and strategic insight, she empowers organizations to deliver transformative results, build strong partnerships, foster collaboration, and address challenges with creativity and compassion.
Her work includes crafting strategic communications plans that unite communities of practice, facilitating inclusive learning spaces on climate change, health equity, and environmental justice, and developing mission-driven success stories that highlight real-world achievements of public health and environmental efforts.
Holding an M.S. in Environmental Science & Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University, Pearl has co-authored nine publications and conducted water quality research at McGill University in Montr�al, Canada, as a Fulbright Scholar. She has collaborated with federal agencies like CDC, ATSDR, EPA, and NIEHS, making her a trusted partner in empowering organizations and advancing impactful change.
